Job Description : Team Leader (Real Estate) (Domestic BPO)
We seek a highly motivated, experienced team leader for a Real Estate Process to join our dynamic team at Voitekk Softsol Pvt. Ltd.
Objectives of this role :
- you will be responsible for managing and guiding a team of real estate agents, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- You will ensure that your team meets sales targets, provides excellent client service, and adheres to industry regulations. Your leadership will be crucial in achieving company sales goals and expanding market presence.
- Transform a group of individuals into a cohesive and high-performing team where each member feels valued and supported.
- Identify and leverage team members’ strengths and suggest scope for improvement.
- Adapt to changing situations and make strategic decisions to ensure the team’s success.
Your Tasks:
· Manage and mentor a team of real estate agents.
· Develop and implement training programs for new and existing agents.
· Communicate expectations, goals and feedback to the group regularly and resolve any concerns or issues actively.
· Set and monitor sales targets for the team.
· Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.
· Assist in resolving client issues and improving client satisfaction.
· Ensure team compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
· Support and guide team members to ensure they meet their individual targets and KPIs.
· Generate reports on team performance, develop strategies for improvement and provide regular updates to senior management.
Skills and qualifications :
- Minimum of (2) two years of experience in a leadership or management role in real estate sales.
· Proven track record of successful sales and team leadership. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
- Bachelor's degree.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
