Presales Team Lead

• Manage the pre sales representatives team

• Set and track sales targets for your team

• Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process

• Coordinate department projects to meet deadlines

• Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts

• Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products

• Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement

• Ensure sales, finance and legal policies and procedures are met

• Build an open-communication environment for your team

• Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency and increase sales

• Proven work experience as an Inside sales team leader.

• Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Excel

• In-depth understanding of the sales administration process

• Excellent interpersonal and team management skills

• Strong analytical and organizational skills

• Audit to be done for pitch modification and improvements


Expectations

• The candidate should have excellent communication skills both written and verbal

• The candidate should be a problem solver and should be able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

• The candidate should be able to resolve conflicts with the customer

• The candidate should be a team player

• Should also have expert knowledge of tools like google sheets and MS excel.

• Extensive experience in gathering and interpreting customer experience information. Solid knowledge of online customer engagement platforms and channels

• Proficiency in MS Office

Experience Required: 3 - 4 years in inside sales (min 1 year of team handling experience)

CTC Offered: 5 - 6 LPA CTC
