Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and target markets through comprehensive market research.
- Cultivate strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Showcase Star Estate's products and services to prospective clients.
- Achieve and surpass sales targets by actively closing deals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in real estate sales (specific years may vary based on the role).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Demonstrated leadership skills for senior roles.
- Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
