What are the key responsibilities?

  1. Uncover Customer Secrets: Become a customer whisperer, figuring out their needs and working with the team to create amazing experiences.
  2. Become a Category Mastermind: Deep dive into what makes a product category thrive - you'll be a growth expert
  3. Build Lasting Seller Partnerships: Forge strong connections with Amazon's & Flipkart’s top sellers, working together for mutual success.
  4. Grow Our Seller Network: Find promising sellers, qualify them to join, negotiate deals, and celebrate successful agreements.
  5. Your Success = Platform Success: The products sellers choose and the revenue they bring directly impact your achievements.
  6. Develop Seller Relationships: Become a go-to person for sellers, building connections and managing daily interactions to create long-term opportunities.


To Be a Great Fit You Should Have:


  • 3-5 Years of Experience: You've spent some time working with Amazon and Flipkart, so you know the ropes.
  • Communication Master: You can clearly talk, write, and explain things to others.
  • Data Decoder: You're good at understanding numbers and using them to solve problems.
  • Amazon & Flipkart Guru: You're an expert on these platforms, their seller systems, and advertising tools.
  • Sales Superstar: You're great at finding new clients, setting up meetings, and closing deals.
  • Team Player: You can work well with others and smoothly hand off clients to different teams.
  • Problem Solver: You can find creative solutions to client challenges that benefit both them and our company.
  • Flexible Schedule: You're okay with working outside of normal business hours sometimes.
