As we expand our operations in Delhi NCR, we are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead super luxury real estate sales in this key market.
Role Overview:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales of super luxury properties, managing high-level client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the Delhi NCR region. This role demands strong expertise in the luxury real estate market, a deep understanding of HNI clientele, and the ability to close high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales of super luxury properties, including high-end homes, villas, and estates.
- Develop and nurture relationships with HNI clients, offering tailored investment solutions.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from client acquisition to deal closure, ensuring exceptional service and attention to detail.
- Identify new business opportunities within the luxury real estate market and build a strong network of influential contacts.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the luxury property segment.
- Meet and exceed defined sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue growth of the company.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in luxury real estate sales, with a proven track record of high-value sales.
- Strong network of HNI clients in the Delhi NCR region.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with elite clientele.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, while maintaining a results-oriented mindset.
- In-depth knowledge of the super luxury real estate market and client preferences.
