Detailed JD:

  1. Responsible for managing the entire bid process from sales qualification to contract issuance and receipt of purchase orders.
  2. Provides on-time reporting of bid status and escalation of any issues in the bid proceedings.
  3. Knowledge of managing SharePoint would be an advantage.
  4. Manages bid documents and communication with stakeholders including Sales/Account teams, Legal, Finance, HR, Compliance, QA, management, etc.
  5. Obtains all relevant approvals to enable contracts to be issued including Finance, Legal, QA and, as necessary, HR, Compliance, Procurement.
  6. Obtains Tender/RFP details from various available sources.
  7. Coordinates with various teams to deliver best-in-class deliverables,
  8. Conducts win-loss debriefs for all submissions.
  9. Uploads contract documents into Contracting Tool and RFP Documents in Repository on SharePoint
  10. Liaising with other Larger HCL Services Operations functions to exchange information and artefacts e.g., information required for RFP / RFI etc.
  11. Support customer visits and events (good to have)
  12. Contributing to Document repository of reusables and case studies
