Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Business Head to lead and manage our real
estate operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the real
estate business, including strategy development, business growth, team management, and ensuring alignment with the company's overall objectives. This role requires a visionary leader with a strong understanding of the real estate market, excellent management skills, and the ability to drive business success while reporting directly to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Oversee the acquisition, development, and management of real estate assets to maximize
profitability and returns on investment.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, developers,
brokers, and clients.
- Drive business development initiatives, including partnerships, joint ventures, and other strategic
alliances.
Team Management:
- Manage, mentor, and lead a diverse team of real estate professionals, ensuring they are aligned with
the company’s vision and goals.
- Foster a collaborative and performance-driven culture within the team, setting clear objectives and
expectations.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and support the professional
development of team members.
Financial Oversight:
- Develop and manage the real estate business’s budget, ensuring financial objectives are met.
- Monitor and analyse Sales performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability, and take
corrective actions as necessary.
Operational Excellence:
- Ensure that all real estate operations are compliant with legal regulations, company policies, and
industry best practices.
- Implement effective processes and systems to enhance efficiency and productivity within the real
estate business.
- Address and resolve any operational issues that may arise, ensuring minimal disruption to business
activities.
Reporting and Communication:
- Provide regular updates to the CEO on the performance of the real estate business, including key
metrics, risks, and opportunities.
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and recommendations for the executive team and board of directors.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the real estate business and the executive leadership
team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5/6 years of experience in real estate management, with a proven track record of leading successful real estate projects and teams.
- Strong knowledge of real estate market trends, regulations, and best practices.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
