About the Role:

As a Community and Social Media Manager at Zupee, you will be responsible for crafting and

executing dynamic social media strategies, driving engagement, and building a loyal community

around our brand. You will leverage your deep understanding of social media trends and

community building to create meaningful connections with our audience and amplify our brand

presence.

It is important to note that all initiatives are carried out keeping in check our brand’s audience

relevance (Mass audience, Bharat and not India)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Strategy:

○ Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to enhance

brand visibility and engagement.

○ Stay updated with the latest social media trends and incorporate them into the

brand's strategy.

2. Content Creation:

○ Create and oversee the production of high-quality, engaging content for various

social media platforms.

○ Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure brand consistency and

creativity.

○ Continually experiment with content hacks across platforms

3. Community Management:

○ Build and nurture a strong community across social media platforms.

○ Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive

interactions.

4. Campaign Management:

○ Plan and execute social media campaigns to drive user engagement, brand

awareness, and growth.

○ Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and

recommendations for improvement.

5. Analytics and Reporting:

○ Utilize analytics tools to track social media performance and measure KPIs.

○ Prepare regular reports on social media metrics and community growth.

6. Collaboration:

○ Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and

customer support to align social media efforts with overall brand objectives.

○ Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance

social media initiatives.
