Key Responsibilities:
- Growth Strategy : Develop and execute a growth marketing strategy focused on user acquisition, activation, and retention to drive business growth.
- Performance Marketing : Manage and optimize paid marketing channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital platforms to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
- Data-Driven Decision Making : Use data analytics tools to track, measure, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns. Utilize insights to optimize campaigns and improve conversion rates.
- Funnel Optimization : Own the customer journey from lead acquisition to conversion, improving key performance metrics at each stage of the funnel.
- SEO & Content Strategy : Drive organic growth by implementing effective SEO strategies and leveraging content marketing to increase website traffic and engagement.
- A/B Testing & Experimentation : Implement A/B testing and other experimentation methods to continuously improve conversion rates and marketing efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
- Budget Management : Effectively manage the growth marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources to achieve maximum returns.
- Customer Retention & Engagement : Develop marketing strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty, including email marketing campaigns, nurturing funnels, and engagement strategies.
- Partnerships & Collaborations : Identify and build strategic partnerships and collaborations to enhance marketing efforts and expand brand presence.
Skills & Qualifications :
- Experience : 5+ years in growth marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Expertise in Digital Channels : Strong understanding of key marketing channels including Google Ads, social media, email marketing, and SEO.
- Analytical Skills : Proficiency in using data analytics and marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mixpanel) to measure and optimize campaign performance.
- Creative Thinking : Ability to think creatively and strategically about growth opportunities, testing innovative approaches to drive results.
- Project Management : Ability to manage multiple marketing campaigns simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and delivery.
- A/B Testing & Optimization : Experience with running experiments and A/B tests to optimize the performance of marketing strategies.
- Collaboration : Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and customer success.
- Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of crafting compelling marketing messages.
- Agility : Ability to adapt quickly to changing market trends and business priorities in a fast-paced environment.
