Operations Management: Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures.

  • Ensure smooth and efficient operations across inventory, procurement, deliveries, installation and post installation financial operations.

Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to enhance productivity.

  • Use data and analytics to drive decision-making and operational excellence.
  • Lead initiatives to streamline workflows and reduce operational costs.

Team Leadership: Manage team of operations staff, providing guidance and support.

  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and support professional development.

Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial recoveries for operational activities.

  • Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving measures.
  • Analyze financial reports to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Vendor and Partner Management: Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and partners.

  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure favorable terms.
  • Monitor vendor performance and address any issues that arise.

Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

  • Develop and implement risk management strategies.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and operational integrity.

Reporting and Communication: Prepare and present reports on operational performance.

  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between departments.
  • Serve as a point of contact for operational inquiries and issues.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in pharma/manufacturing industries.
  • Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and managing cross-functional teams.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in using ERP systems and other operational software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.


Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to work in an office environment and use standard office equipment.
  • Occasionally required to lift and move objects.


Work Environment:

  • This position is based in an office setting with occasional travel required for meetings, conferences, and vendor visits.
