Job Summary:

We are looking for a warm and enthusiastic Front Office Executive with at least one year of experience in the fitness industry to join our team. If you have a passion for customer service, excellent communication skills, and enjoy creating a welcoming atmosphere, we'd love to hear from you 


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Understanding and emanating the essence and values of HB+. 
  • Understanding the services and products that Hop provides.
  • Assist visitors with inquiries and provide detailed information about our services and facilities.
  • Help members book sessions and schedule personal training sessions.
  • Respond to phone calls and emails promptly.
  • Address member questions, concerns, and feedback.
  • Handle membership registrations, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Handle invoicing, cash/online transactions and process payments for all services and memberships.
  • Keep member records up-to-date and maintain confidentiality.
  • Pilot the Studio desk and reception area.
  • Work closely with other HB+ members to ensure smooth operations.
  • Participate in team meetings and share ideas to enhance internal processes and member experience.
  • Assist in promoting membership offers, events, and other activities.
  • Ideate and execute weekend events for clients. 
  • Contribute in marketing strategy implementation,


Skills Required:

  • Experience: Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, administrative roles, or fitness industry preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and Problem Solving skills Clarity of thoughts, a proactive attitude.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with office software (MS Office, Google Suite more importantly) and membership management systems is a plus.
  • Personal Traits: Approachable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to unlearn and relearn, ability to take and give constructive feedback.


Qualification: 

  • Candidates must have completed a graduate degree in any discipline, preferably BBA/BBM in Marketing and Hospitality.
  • A minimum of one year of relevant post-qualification experience in a client facing role.
