Job Description :
Experience in handling Indirect Taxation (GST) matters - returns filing, assessment, liaison with tax authorities & preparation of replies against notices/ queries. Overseeing STPI & SEZ procedures/ compliances along with Exports/ Imports & FEMA compliances. Should have knowledge of erstwhile Service Tax. Having knowledge of the EDPMS/IDPMS procedures.
Good to have knowledge of Direct Taxes (Income Tax & Transfer Pricing)
Requirement :
- CA with 4-9 years of experience, preferably in a STPI/SEZ unit.
- Knowledge of GST and Service Tax.(mandate)
- Knowledge of STPI & SEZ policies and Acts related to Export/ Imports
- Knowledge of EDPMS & IDPMS procedures related to Foreign Inward Remittances and Software Exports through Softex forms as per FEMA/RBI.
- Good to have knowledge of Direct Taxes (Income Tax & Transfer Pricing)
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Good Communication and analytical skills.
Education:
CA with 6-12 Years of experience.
