About this Taxation & Commercial Manager Role:

At RMSI Pvt Ltd, we are seeking an experienced Taxation and Commercial Manager to join our team. This is a senior-level position that involves handling Indirect Taxation matters, overseeing STPI and SEZ procedures, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Experience in handling Indirect Taxation (GST) matters, including returns filing, assessment, and liaison with tax authorities.
- Overseeing STPI and SEZ procedures, as well as Exports/Imports and FEMA compliances.
- Knowledge of erstwhile Service Tax and EDPMS/IDPMS procedures is essential.
- Good to have knowledge of Direct Taxes (Income Tax & Transfer Pricing).
- CA with 4-9 years of experience, preferably in a STPI/SEZ unit.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and effective communication and analytical skills are required.

Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of GST and Service Tax is mandatory.
- Familiarity with STPI and SEZ policies and acts related to Export/Imports is necessary.
- Knowledge of EDPMS and IDPMS procedures related to Foreign Inward Remittances and Software Exports through Softex forms as per FEMA/RBI is required.
