Summary:
The Growth Hacker will act as a strategic partner to the Head of E-commerce, focusing on identifying and scaling key growth levers for the business. This role is responsible for driving customer acquisition, retention, and overall business growth through a data-driven approach. The Growth Hacker will focus on product optimization, experimentation, and strategic partnerships to unlock new avenues of growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Head of E-commerce to design and implement a robust growth roadmap
- Identify new channels, tactics, and opportunities to fuel user growth and engagement.
- Drive the “zero-to-one” growth phase by launching initiatives focused on customer acquisition, retention, and scalability.
- Work closely with the product and tech teams to enhance the customer journey across the website and mobile experiences.
- Focus on optimizing conversion funnels and ensuring smooth, user-friendly interactions at every stage of the customer lifecycle.
- Analyze data to validate growth strategies, identify trends, and make data-backed decisions for rapid iteration.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing, performance marketing, UX and product teams to align growth efforts.
- Identify and establish key partnerships that can drive brand awareness and growth.
Experience: 3-10 years of experience in growth hacking, product growth, or customer retention, preferably in e-commerce or a high-growth environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Engineering/Management degree from Tier 1 colleges
- Experience in e-commerce or D2C brands.
- Proven track record in scaling early-stage companies
