**Job Description: Sales Growth Hacker - Neomaxer**
**Position Overview**
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented **Growth Hacker** to drive Neomaxer’s sales growth and merchant onboarding efforts. This role will focus on implementing creative strategies to accelerate revenue generation, expand the customer base, and optimize sales processes. As a Growth Hacker, you will play a pivotal role in identifying opportunities, executing campaigns, and enabling the sales team to achieve ambitious targets.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Sales Growth Strategy**:
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to drive merchant acquisition, increase platform adoption, and boost revenue.
- **Merchant Onboarding Programs**:
Create and manage initiatives to simplify and scale merchant onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for new users.
- **Channel Partner Productivity**:
Lead efforts to activate and enhance channel partner performance, maximizing their contribution to sales growth.Design and execute targeted campaigns to engage prospects, drive conversions, and achieve sales objectives.Work closely with sales executives and channel managers to align on growth initiatives, share best practices, and address bottlenecks.Develop incentive structures and rewards to motivate sales teams and channel partners to exceed targets.Evaluate the effectiveness of growth initiatives and provide actionable recommendations to optimize results.**Requirements**

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; e-commerce SaaS experience is a plus.
