Role Description & Responsibilities:We are looking for an exceptional growth hacker looking to impact the future of global mobile gaming You will be an integral part of Terra’s fast paced
Growth Team
which is responsible for Player Acquisition and Engagement. As
Growth Manager
, you will:
Work closely with the Director of Growth to lead the development of new channels and strategies for player acquisitionIdentify growth opportunities by building a quick and thorough understanding of Terra’s target audience, and own the projects / activations that attract them to the platformContinuously ideate and execute rapid experiments, A/B tests, and growth hacks to validate growth hypotheses and drive insightsWork cross-collaboratively with all concerned stakeholders to unblock any bottlenecks affecting project executionSupport all ongoing growth initiatives across the board, incl. Performance Marketing Campaigns / Influencer management / Consumer Insights, etc.
Qualifications:1 - 3 years of experience in growth / business strategy roles, with a background in fast-growing startupStrong entrepreneurial mindset with a deep understanding of startup dynamicsProactive and able to take end to end ownership of projectsExceptional communication skills with the ability to work with multiple stakeholdersStrong problem solving skills with the ability to think on the feetMust be based in Bangalore and willing to work onsite
