Role Description & Responsibilities:

We are looking for an exceptional growth hacker looking to impact the future of global mobile gaming You will be an integral part of Terra’s fast paced Growth Team which is responsible for Player Acquisition and Engagement. As Growth Manager, you will:


  • Work closely with the Director of Growth to lead the development of new channels and strategies for player acquisition
  • Identify growth opportunities by building a quick and thorough understanding of Terra’s target audience, and own the projects / activations that attract them to the platform
  • Continuously ideate and execute rapid experiments, A/B tests, and growth hacks to validate growth hypotheses and drive insights 
  • Work cross-collaboratively with all concerned stakeholders to unblock any bottlenecks affecting project execution
  • Support all ongoing growth initiatives across the board, incl. Performance Marketing Campaigns / Influencer management / Consumer Insights, etc.



Qualifications:

  • 1 - 3 years of experience in growth / business strategy roles, with a background in fast-growing startup
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a deep understanding of startup dynamics
  • Proactive and able to take end to end ownership of projects
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong problem solving skills with the ability to think on the feet
  • Must be based in Bangalore and willing to work onsite
