Key Responsibilities:

  • As a Senior Key Account Specialist, your primary responsibilities include managing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth. You will be the main point of contact for key clients, building strong, long-term partnerships and addressing their needs. Regular meetings will be held to review account performance and explore improvement opportunities.
  • You will ensure high client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and promptly resolving any issues. You will implement strategies to enhance their experience and retention by actively monitoring client feedback.
  • Your role involves identifying opportunities for account growth and working closely with the sales team to develop and execute strategic account plans. You will prepare and present proposals to clients, driving business development.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams, such as sales, marketing, product development, logistics, and operations, is essential to meet client needs and ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services.
  • Additionally, you will track and report on key account metrics, analyze market trends and client data to identify growth opportunities and prepare regular reports and presentations for management and clients.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in account management, sales, or a related role, ideally in a B2B setting.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow key accounts.
  • Strong understanding of sales and account management principles.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
