Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Manager/Business Development Head to lead our speaker sales business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, business development, and market penetration, with a strong focus on consumer electronics, especially in audio products.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth and achieve sales targets for the speaker division.
  • Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and strategic partnerships to expand the customer base.
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and motivation to achieve team objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retail partners to enhance brand presence and market share.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities, product launches, and sales campaigns.
  • Monitor sales performance, generate reports, and provide insights to the senior management on sales forecasts, budgets, and key metrics.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking events to increase brand visibility and explore new business opportunities.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in sales, with at least 3-5 years in a senior sales management or business development role in the consumer electronics industry, specifically in audio products.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of the speaker market, industry trends, and customer behavior.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
