Job Summary

The Recruiting Operations Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting our recruitment processes from our Chennai office. This position involves handling operational, administrative, and reporting tasks to ensure smooth and efficient recruitment operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail.


Job Description

  • Perform operational and repetitive tasks efficiently.
  • Ensure accurate reporting and data management from platforms like Sense and LinkedIn.
  • Maintain and update recruiter and RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) rosters.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Extract and compile data from LinkedIn.
  • Gather and report user statistics from LinkedIn, Daxtra, and Sense.
  • Oversee and manage LinkedIn subscriptions.
  • Conduct check-ins with new hires at 30, 60, and 90-day intervals.
  • Send out training invites to large groups as required.
  • Send first day welcome emails to new hires.
  • Arrange and confirm interview schedules.
  • Ensure hiring managers are present for scheduled interviews.


Must Have Requirements

  • Experience in recruiting, administrative, or operational roles.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in data management and reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage and update rosters effectively.
  • Experience with LinkedIn, Daxtra, and Sense or similar platforms.
  • Ability to work US hours.
  • Proactive and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
