**Overall Purpose of The Job**
- Operations Coordinator is responsible in coordinating the service attendance for on-board vessels, liaising with service partners, agents / owners / managers where necessary and reporting back to line Manager
To provide out of office support when required and coordinate the process of the Company’s sales and service functions, from the quotation stage through to completion and admin closure

**Key Responsibilities and Tasks**
- Coordination and management of Requests For Quotes (RFQs) for both spares, equipment, and service interventions for a wide range of communication and navigations equipment
- Obtaining quotations from suppliers and in turn quoting to customers
- Manage all customers’ service requests professionally and timely
- Schedule Service Engineers to fulfill all service jobs either local or abroad
- Handle all Service, Survey, Commissioning, and Installation requests timely
- Prepare/make quotations and work estimates for local and International jobs
- Prepare all necessary job documents for further processing
- Maintain housekeeping of RFQs in database/B2B ensuring accurate, up to date admin records
- Ensure use of approved forms and documents where appropriate.
- Responsible for start to end process for tasks, including final sign-off of each task signifying completion in all respects.
- Ensure QMS & ISO conformity
- Register all non-compliance and improvement suggestions in the Quality System
- Coordinate internally with internal technical experts to resolve customer queries
- Handle customers’ disputes or complaints and minimize such occurrences
- Maintain all Service records regarding and keep them accurate and up to date
- Track service work progress and handle all communication related to service requests with customers, subcontractors, agents and port security offices
- Assist admin staff where required

**Required Experience**
- ESSENTIAL:

- Relevant customer service experience preferably in 24/7 technical support environment
- Current engineer or technician who would like to switch to customer service function are also welcome to apply
- Good customer service and organising skill
- Good oral and written communication skills
- A resourceful team player yet able to work independently
- Able to work with people at all levels DESIRABLE:

- Degree or Diploma in Electronics Engineering or other engineering discipline
