Key Responsibilities:


• Leverage and Expand Existing Customer Relationships

o Maintain consistent contact with existing clients

o Understanding the existing client’s business, situation and needs

o Generate the leads from existing clients

o Replicate past programmes for new audiences


• Acquire New Customers

o Target high propensity customer organizations based on revenues, headcount, industry trends, etc. 

o Create a focused plan for acquiring the target accounts

o Conduct basic research about the organization, their market position, learning budgets, etc. 

o Reach out to build strategic relationships across key role holders and stakeholders

o Identify key decision makers in companies

o Creation and enrichment of database of L&D heads/HR Heads /Decision Makers

o Approach the prospective clients and identify training needs and provide appropriate solutions

o Regularly plan for the next set of targeted accounts 

o Maintain new client database and approach them for new opportunities.


• Bring Sales Opportunities to Closure

o Prepare Approach notes, Presentations and Proposal documents

o Presenting the proposal and the solutions to the client

o Translate client insights / inputs into programme objectives and learning outcomes

o Follow up on the proposal through its various stages of evaluation and feedback by internal stakeholders

o Negotiate and close deals

o Coordinate discussions on signing formalities 


• Maintain up-to-date account records, contact details, opportunity status etc.


• Work closely with BD teams to move prospective clients through the funnel to closure.


Competencies Required for Role:


• Communication Skills (Good English Mandatory – Writing and Speaking Skills), Execution Skills, Good Interpersonal Skills, and Analytical Skills

• Should be good at MS office – Advance Excel, Word, PDF editor and Presentation

• Detail oriented and deadline focused – client engagement and responsiveness

• Want to be engaged with an organization that believes in Business with purpose

• Those who are passionate about Learning & Organization Development/ Change Management / Leadership and Emotional Intelligence have a penchant for numbers, ability to multi-task and have a very strong Learning Orientation


Education Qualifications and Skills


• Postgraduate or Graduation - MBAs in Marketing/General Management from any institution of repute

• Excellent verbal & written communication skills

• Strong knowledge of content development in various formats. 

• Strong knowledge of business communication towards B2B segments. 

• High level of attention to detail, including a proven ability to manage multiple and competing priorities simultaneously

• Overall, 5-7 years of experience · Prior experience in marketing and communications, preferably in the Education or EdTech sector 

• Knowledge of internet and social media for corporate application
