Recruitment Manager

Position Description: Responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Recruitment Manager plays a key role in identifying and hiring qualified candidates and manage the team of recruiters


Description of Responsibility:


  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and processes
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle including compensation discuss and BGV process
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and priorities
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to forecast future hiring needs
  • Requires adherence to strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near-term goals
  • Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques
  • Suggest organization in terms of improving the overall recruitment process
  • Focus on the candidate experience
  • Participate in job fairs and career events
  • Manage and train a team of recruiters and recruitment coordinators
  • Act as a mentor to the team of recruiters
  • Publish recruitment dashboards periodically to the hiring managers and Leadership team
  • Track and analyse recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies
  • Keep the recruiters informed on the management decisions and drive them to achieve the SLAs set.
  • Assist the recruiters on the salary discussion and make sure the candidate has the best of recruitment experience


Competencies Required:

  • Experience of working in creative environment/ managed hiring for creative resources is mandatory
  • Proven experience in End to End Talent Acquisition
  • Minimum 4yrs of experience in Managing a team
  • Experience in managing large volume of ITES hiring
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills
  • Strong decision-making and Presentation Skills
  • Ability to manage change and proven time management.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve goals and targets.
  • Experience in workforce planning, talent management, and learning and development is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, with the ability to foster a culture of belonging and equity within the recruitment process.
