Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop relationships with subject matter experts to ensure resources and information to support RFI, EOI, PQQ and ITT are provided in a timely and appropriate manner.
  • Conscious keeper of contracts executed, check the numbers and the deliverables declared in the contract properly.
  • Providing structure and order to the bid so that deliverables produced are of the highest possible quality, working independently with limited supervision
  • Maintain and develop a library of strong template responses, clearly articulating TVS capability
  • Ensure proposals are approved by the business and submitted in a timely manner
  • Ensuring clarity and uniformity across businesses on bid process starting from Opportunity Identification to final LOI / SoW closure
  • Setting up a formal peer review process that would enable solution review prior to PAC approval so that any observation on solutions can be tabled early on
  • Work with Business Development team to ensure proposals are aligned with the win strategy for the opportunity
  • Work with SC planner to identify upcoming projects that are large or unusual in scope / content
  • Identify and communicate opportunities that emerge from various sources.
  • Align stakeholders regarding the critical activities in the identified scope
  • Interact with the solutions team to derive the resource requirement for the project solutions derived.
  • Interact with the all the functions to validate the data given by them for finalising the contract with customer.
  • Validation of proposal and costing to enable the sales function to generate the contract.
  • Validate the various costing received from all the stakeholders and compare with the market reality to make the proposal saleable.
