We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Manager to drive the growth of our warehousing services in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, a strong understanding of warehousing operations, and excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify and target potential clients in need of warehousing solutions. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to understand customer needs
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and drive revenue growth. Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate contracts.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our warehousing services and solutions. Provide clients with detailed information and address their inquiries.
- Sales Reporting: Track and report sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics. Prepare regular reports for management review.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for new clients. Address any service-related issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of sales experience, preferably in warehousing, or logistics
- Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and a customer-centric approach.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with warehousing operations, supply chain management, and market dynamics in the Gurgaon area.
- Attributes: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in B2B sales within the warehousing or logistics sector.
- Established network of contacts within the Gurgaon business community.
