What you will be doing?

  • Drive SDR activities, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling, to generate qualified leads for the Account Executives.
  • Ensure SDRs are effectively using CRM and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) to track prospects and progress.
  • Optimize outbound processes to ensure consistent lead qualification and pipeline growth.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of SDRs, ensuring alignment with company goals and strategies.
  • Set clear objectives and KPIs for the SDR team, ensuring a consistent approach to outbound sales and prospecting.
  • Identify areas for process optimization and implement solutions to improve lead generation and qualification efficiency.

Qualification

  • Proven experience of minimum 3 years in a SDR role in a B2B SaaS environment, with at least 1 year of experience in a leadership or mentorship role.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and strategies, especially in SaaS or technology industries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Data-driven, with experience tracking and analyzing SDR performance metrics and using CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales tools (Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).
