Job Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and manage a high performing inside sales team.
  • Set clear performance goals and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to address challenges and celebrate wins.
  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies using tools like ZoomInfo, Lusha, and Apollo.
  • Oversee cold calling campaigns to engage potential clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure seamless lead qualification and nurturing processes.
  • Monitor and manage sales pipelines to ensure consistent progress toward targets.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales metrics and forecasts.
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance satisfaction and retention.
  • Implement best practices for inside sales processes.
  • Leverage CRM systems effectively to track customer interactions and sales progress.

Required Skills:

  • Proven track record of success in inside sales leadership roles, with a focus on driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of inside sales strategies and tactics, including lead generation, qualification, and pipeline management.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve ambitious goals.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales plans, analyze sales data, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a strong drive for achievement and a commitment to excellence.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage competing priorities and deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Education: B-tech /MBA in Marketing & Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 +years experience in inside sales or a related field, with experience managing a team.
  • Proven track record of managing and motivating a successful sales team.
