JobDescription :
The role will include but notlimited to the following:
Drafting and vetting ofvarious documents related to Assignment of Loansdifferent
legal and statutory notices related toSARFAESI Act 2002. Having adequate
knowledge of DRT ActSARFASI Act IBC 2016 other relevant law pertaining to
Banking and financial institutions.
Responsible fortaking appropriate legal action for recovery of dues and follow upof
the cases before all forums like DM/CMM DRT NCLT andother appellate Court and
Tribunals and enforcement ofsecurity interest;
Handling litigation (Civil andCriminal) and also matters representing the Company
atother QuasiJudicial Forums as may be necessary;
Draftingand vetting of Plaints written statements evidences affidavitsreplies
various petitions etc.
Coordinationand follow up with other team members advocates in consultationwith
the President Legal;
Comfortable infrequent traveling at Pan India level as when requiredand
demanded by the management to defend the legal casein shorter notice.

Selfmotivated individual with good businessunderstanding. Should demonstrate
commitment toorganizational growth;
Should possess effectivecommunication skills and the required job knowledge;
Adeep understanding of laws relating to the Banks and alliedCommercial Laws etc;
Should have knowledge of relevantguidelines of SEBI FEMA Capital Market RBI
Companies Actetc;
A proactive approach to organizational issues withability to multitask communicate with
all levels ofmanagement develop team/s and work in a fast paced environment in atime
bound manner; Should have a system and processoriented approach.
