Responsibilities:
Collaboratewith stakeholders to understand and analyze business requirementsensuring a clear understanding of the problem oropportunity.
Develop and oversee the creation ofhighlevel solution architecture ensuring alignment with businessgoals technical requirements and industry bestpractices.
Work closely with crossfunctional teamsincluding development infrastructure and business units to gatherinput address concerns and ensure a unified approach to solutiondesign.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to theteam ensuring that the proposed solutions are technically soundscalable and address the clients needs.
Identify andassess potential risks associated with proposed solutions anddevelop strategies to mitigate these risks.
Lead thedevelopment of prototypes or proof of concept to validate thefeasibility and effectiveness of proposed solutions.
Create and maintain detailed documentation of solution designsincluding technical specifications diagrams and implementationplans.
Collaborate with excellence teams and functionexperts to ensure that the solution design is implementedaccurately and meets specified requirements.
Effectivelycommunicate complex technical concepts and solution designs tonontechnical stakeholders ensuring a clear understanding andalignment with business objectives.
Stay updated onindustry trends emerging technologies and best practices tocontinually enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of solutiondesign processes.
Collaborate with project managers toestimate resource requirements contribute to budgeting processesand ensure the efficient use of resources in solution designprojects. Qualifications:
Bachelors orMasters degree in a relevant field such as Computer ScienceInformation Technology Engineering or a relateddiscipline.
Digital transformation and ProcessAutomation project experience is a must
5 years ofexperience in solution design system architecture or a relatedtechnical role.
A strong background and expertise inrelevant technologies programming languages and solution designmethodologies.
Minimum 2 years experience managing asolution design team or similar function in nature or leadershipposition demonstrating the ability to lead and guide ateam.
Ability to lead and manage a team providingtechnical guidance and fostering a collaborative and
innovative work environment.
Experience in projectmanagement methodologies to ensure successful planning executionand delivery of solution design projects.
Skill inidentifying and assessing risks associated with solution designsand developing strategies to mitigate them.
Familiaritywith budgeting processes and resource management to ensureefficient use of resources.
