A. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work with internal teams including Engineering, Solution Delivery, Retail Consulting Practice, and the AI COE to understand project requirements and create scope documents for camera, CCTV video management, and computer vision solutions in the retail store environment. Develop and maintain project timelines, and work with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Conduct onboarding meetings with new customers to explain project requirements, timelines, and deliverables. Develop and deliver training sessions for internal teams on computer vision solutions, including store layout, customer camera applicability and limitations, application reporting, and other related topics. Host discussions with internal teams to determine the applicability of customer cameras in relation to computer vision software and identify any necessary changes to store layout or system design. Provide regular updates to the Sr. Manager of AI/ML on project status, including any issues or risks. Work with the customer success team to identify opportunities for upsell or expansion of computer vision solutions. Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and make recommendations to senior management. Collaborate with industry partners to execute projects Work with the Sr. Manager of AI/ML to develop project plans and timelines for the implementation of computer vision solutions for customers in the retail store environment. Develop, use, and maintain project tracking tools to create visibility to retail delivery projects, stage of progress, and responsible party(s). Manage project resources including personnel, hardware, and software to ensure timely delivery of solutions. Create and maintain project documentation such as project plans, schedules, risk registers, and status reports. Conduct regular project status meetings with internal teams and customers to keep everyone informed of project progress and any issues that need to be addressed. Ensure that project scope, timelines, and budgets are clearly communicated and agreed upon by all stakeholders. Identify and manage project risks and issues, including mitigation and resolution plans. Track project financials and report on budget status regularly. Act as the primary point of contact for customer escalations, and work with the customer success team to address any issues in a timely and satisfactory manner. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, internal teams, and vendors. Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and make recommendations to senior management.
