Job Description

As part of Datamatics Research Consulting team, the Market Research Project Executive is responsible for managing all aspects market research projects for quantitative, qualitative, and shopper research projects, which includes budgets, quality and schedule.

This role includes working with external research agencies to execute their projects in partnership with them.

As the primary contact and resource for research teams, this role manages the end-to-end schedule and data collection process, including vendor management.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Client Management and account management
  • Account reviews and revenue projections
  • Planning for team structure based on client growth projections
  • Process management with support from the team
  • Bidding, Quoting and Proposals
  • Project Design
  • Project Management
  • Field Setup and Execution
  • Exposure on Tools like - Decipher etc.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
  • 3 years of related work experience - market research experience is an asset
  • 3 years complex customer service, marketing or project management experience
  • Understanding of basic budget management techniques
  • Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook/G-suite
  • Excellent organization, problem solving, and time management skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously (multi-tasking)
  • Strong internal / external client management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
