Job Description
  • Identify target audiences, create customer personas, and determine the most effective channels and tactics to reach and engage them.
  • Plan, implement, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels such as search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing.
  • Ensure campaigns are optimised for maximum performance and return on investment (ROI).
  • Analyse website performance, user experience, and conversion rates.
  • Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize website traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  • Collaborate with web developers and designers to implement necessary changes.
  • Manage and grow the organization's presence on social media platforms.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies, create engaging content, monitor social media trends, respond to comments and messages, and analyse social media performance metrics.
  • Monitor and analyse key digital marketing metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, click-through rates, social media engagement, and campaign performance.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven work experience in digital marketing, with a focus on strategy development, campaign management, and team leadership.
  • In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and analytics.
  • Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google AdWords, social media management tools, and marketing automation software.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive insights and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas effectively and strategies to internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, industry standards, and best practices.
