ResponsibilityIdentify and pursue new business opportunities in both B2B and B2Gsegments. Build a pipeline of potential customers and governmentclients. Develop and maintain stronglongterm relationships with existing clients. Understand theirneeds provide product information and offer tailored solutions tomaximize customer satisfaction. Achieve andexceed sales targets by proactively identifying opportunitiesclosing deals and upselling additional products orservices. Keep abreast of market trendscompetitor activities and customer preferences. Use thisinformation to develop effective sales strategies and productpositioning. Possess a deep understanding ofour paint and coating products their features and benefits. Be ableto effectively communicate this information to potential andexisting customers. Study and understandcustomer requirements and effectively relay the requirements torest of the team in order to effectively service thecustomer. Prepare regular sales reportsincluding sales forecasts customer feedback and market insights.Share these reports with the management team to informdecisionmaking. Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams including marketing product development andcustomer support to ensure a seamless customerexperience. Provide excellent aftersalessupport by addressing customer inquiries resolving issues andensuring timely productdelivery.SkillsRequired Strong knowledge ofpaints coatings and related products.Exceptional communication and interpersonalskills. Ability to build and maintain strongcustomer relationships. Resultsdriven with aproactive and selfmotivated work ethic.Excellent negotiation and presentationskills. Familiarity with B2B and B2G salesprocesses and dynamics. Proficiency in usingCRM software and Microsoft OfficeSuite.
