Weare seeking enthusiastic and motivated Telesales Executives to joinour sales team. The successful candidates will be responsible forreaching out to potential customers introducing our cuttingedgecommunication platform and generating interest in ourservices.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • DataGathering: Source potential leads from the internet andleverage companyprovided data from the researchteam.

  • OutboundCommunication: Make phone calls as the primary mode ofcontact with secondary channels including LinkedIn WhatsApp SMS andemail.

  • CustomerEngagement: Introduce our communication platform tobusinesses with high SMS consumption such as stock broking firmsandbanks.

  • TargetAchievement: Aim to initiate meaningful conversationswith potential clients and set up interested discussions eitherthrough calls or offlinechannels.

  • AppointmentSetting: Schedule physical meetings inIndia when necessary to closedeals.

  • Training:Attend a 23 day training session on our platform and services toeffectively communicate with potentialcustomers.

  • TeamSupport: Seek guidance from senior team members whenfacing challenges during calls to enhance conversationoutcomes.


RequirementsExperience:Proven experience in telesales preferably in selling services ortechnologysolutions.

CommunicationSkills: Excellent verbal communication skills with anenthusiastic and engaging phonepresence.

ProblemSolving: Ability to handle customer queries effectivelyand seek assistance whenneeded.

SelfMotivated:Driven to achieve targets and capable of working independently andas part of ateam.

TechSavvy: Comfortable using communication tools likeLinkedIn WhatsApp and email for outreach andengagement.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or arelated field. UI/UX Mastery: Strong foundation in user interfaceand user experience design principles, with a focus on enhancingtechnological experiences. Design Tools: Proficiency in designtools specially Figma. Basicos of Adobe Creative Suite(Illustrator, Photoshop). User-Centered Mindset: Ability tounderstand and translate end user needs into intuitive, easilyuseable and aesthetically pleasing designs. Programming Languages:Angular, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap themes, Javascript and jQuery.Advantage Kendo UI and MS.NET Core. Strong problem-solving andtroubleshooting skills. Familiarity with version control systems(e.g., Git). Advantage knowledge of US Healthcare Industry -EHR/ERM
