As the Head of our Execution Center, you willbuild and scale a dynamic team of engineers, project managers, supply chain,and technical experts. Your primary responsibility be the execution of EADsolution projects and provide cutting-edge global support in a network ofstrong international collaboration.

Your responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: 

Develop the execution center’s strategic visionaligned with Siemens Energy’s EAD global objectives. Establish reliable and state-of-the artprocesses to enhance efficient and high quality in project execution. Drive global standardization and productivityimprovements. Strategic workforce planning based on global EADstrategy and business outlook.

Team Management:

Lead and mentor a diverse team of engineers,ensuring their professional growth and fostering a collaborative workenvironment. Promote cross-functional collaboration acrossdifferent disciplines. You make no compromises in Employee Health andSafety, Compliance and good leadership practices.

Technical Excellence:

Oversee the design, development, and testing ofelectrification and automation systems and solutions in Process Industries andthe Maritime Industry. Ensure compliance with industry standards,safety regulations, and quality assurance processes.

Stakeholder Engagement:

·Collaborate with internal and externalstakeholders, including customers, partners, and regulatory bodies.

Budget and Resource Management:

Manage assigned project scope withing milestonesand budget.  Balance resource utilization to secureengineering center’s budget. Optimize operational efficiency whilemaintaining high-quality deliverables.

Your profile

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering(Electrical, Chemical, Process, or related field). Proven experience (minimum 10 years) intechnical and engineering leadership roles within the energy sector. Know-How in the field of engineering and projectmanagement. Excellent communication, negotiation, andinterpersonal skills. Familiarity with industry trends, emergingtechnologies, and digital transformation. Track record in intercultural workexperience  Willingness to travel
