Job Overview

We are seeking a Mid-Level Executive Assistant to support our Marketing Head at Illusion Dental Laboratory. This is a full-time role located in Mumbai, requiring 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the marketing head's schedule, coordinating projects, and planning events to enhance our marketing efforts.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience providing administrative support in a mid-level position.
  • Proficient in managing executive calendars with precision (Mandatory skill).
  • Excellent project coordination skills to keep marketing activities on track (Mandatory skill).
  • Proven expertise in event planning to facilitate successful marketing events (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to provide high-quality administrative support and maintain confidentiality.
  • Competency in conducting research to gather relevant market information and data.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency for efficient handling of documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness in all tasks.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize the marketing head's daily schedule and appointments.
  • Coordinate various marketing projects to ensure timely and efficient completion.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee marketing events and activities.
  • Support in preparing marketing materials, presentations, and reports.
  • Maintain effective communication with internal teams and external partners.
  • Assist in market research and compile data for strategic marketing decisions.
  • Liaise with vendors and suppliers for event-related requirements.
  • Uphold a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
