Identifyingincubating and developing new skills in line with the businessforecastrequirementsProvide PreSales support to global business opportunities for bothexisting clients and newprospects. Workclosely with Marketing Business Development and Operations todefine and deliver new products andenhancementsDevelop deep relationships with leading Customer Experience productpartners Deployindividual development plans offering growth career and transitionpath for high potential talents. Define competencytechnology roadmap to adapt futuristic changes to the tools andprocesses in delivering theproducts Bringthought leadership and ensure visibility and brand building througharticles blogs white papers webinars and participation in partnerled and otherevents. Providesmarket research and assistance to leadership to identify the bestpractices of competency development in similar industries. Regularinterventions and assessments of effectiveness through businessimpact analysis Project delivery impacts conduct schedule cadenceand provides regular feedback to technologygroups Createoverall technology standards and practices and driveadherenceKeyPerformance Indicators (KPIs) for the role: Over the next 12 monthsthis role s success gets measured on: Skillsavailability/deployment time for the business needs Billability oftalents ratioRevenue Targets KEY JOBREQUIREMENTS: In this role you will be successful if you have:Experience: Bachelor orpostgraduate in Computer Science Information Technology or relatedEngineering with overall 18 years of experience in the technologydomain/ Software industry. Minimum 10 yearsexperience in handling Delivery and competency development indigital or cloud or analytics domain.Skills &Competencies:MustHave: Strong expertisein Project Management and Delivery Account Management aspects intechnology organization. Understands thebreadth and depth of Cloud Web Technologies and Analyticaltechnologies in the areas of customer Experience Solutions Data andIntegrations etc. Deeply understands evolving technology trends and customer needsand invests in building capabilities ahead of thecurve Strongcustomer advisoryskills Must haveled large crossfunctional technology teams in thepast Must be aspeaker or written blogs on digitalplatforms. Indepthknowledge of cloud web technologies or analytics architecturedesign anddevelopmentOutstanding communication interpersonal and leadershipskillsDetailoriented & good problemsolving capabilities.
