The Job

Responsibilities: 

 

  • Identify and Pursue Business Opportunities: Research and identify new market opportunities, potential clients, and strategic partnerships. Develop strategies to approach and pursue these opportunities effectively. 
  • Data Minning: Should have an excellent understanding of tools like (Clay.run, Crunchbase, Zoominfo, Lusha, Apollo and Linkedin Sales Navigation and maximum impact) and Data miner extractors. 
  • Lead Generation and Prospecting: Generate leads through various channels, including (email marketing, Bidding, cold calling, referrals, and digital outreach.  
  • Develop and Present Proposals: Collaborate with the sales head to develop and nurture leads, compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches. Customize solutions to address clients' specific requirements and demonstrate the value proposition effectively. 
  • Market Research and Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, competitor activities, and customer insights. Utilize market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and refine business development strategies. 

 

The Profile

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree in BCA, B. Tech or related field in IT Services. 
  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related roles. 
  • Strong communication, writing and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
