  • Overseethe full recruitment cycle from identifying hiring needs toonboarding new employees using ATS tools such as ZohoRecruit.
  • Manageemployee attendance payroll and compliance through HRMS tools likeZohoPeople.
  • Handleemployee grievances and support problemsolving efforts to ensure asmooth workplaceenvironment.
  • Leademployee engagement and development programs to foster acollaborative and positive workculture.
  • Facilitatesmooth employee offboarding processes ensuring compliance withcompany policies andregulations.
  • Maintainand update employee records in HRMS tools ensuring accuracy andcompleteness.
  • Assistin implementing HR policies and procedures and ensure adherenceacross theorganization.


Requirements
  • 13years of handson experience in HR Generalist roles.
  • Proficiencyin HRMS tools (Zoho People orsimilar).
  • Handsonexperience with ATS systems (Zoho Recruit orsimilar).
  • Bachelors or Master s degree in Human Resources Business Administration ora relatedfield.
  • Stronginterpersonal and communicationskills.
