HR Generalist

As an HR Generalist, you will manage the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a smooth experience for employees at every stage. You will play a key role in supporting employee engagement initiatives and daily HR operations, including payroll, attendance management, and grievance handling. What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- 1-3 years of experience in managing HR operations, recruitment, and employee lifecycle management.
- Proficiency in HRMS tools like Zoho People (or similar).
- Experience with ATS systems, preferably Zoho Recruit.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion.
- Organizational skills with a keen ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do:
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from identifying hiring needs to onboarding new employees, using ATS tools such as Zoho Recruit.
- Manage employee attendance, payroll, and compliance through HRMS tools like Zoho People.
- Handle employee grievances and support problem-solving efforts to ensure a smooth workplace environment.
- Lead employee engagement and development programs to foster a collaborative and positive work culture.
- Facilitate smooth employee offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Maintain and update employee records in HRMS tools, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures and ensure adherence across the organization.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in HR Generalist roles.
- Proficiency in HRMS tools (Zoho People or similar).
- Hands-on experience with ATS systems (Zoho Recruit or similar).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Good-to-Have Skills:
- Knowledge of labor laws and compliance regulations.
- Prior experience with employee engagement and development programs.
- Ability to manage change and facilitate smooth transitions in the workplace.
