KeyAccountabilities:
  • Buildingand scaling a truly worldclass growth marketing team and capabilityalongside the top leadership ofEridium
  • Responsible for creating a marketingplan to drive growth & increase engagement retention& revenue from clients
  • Work closelywith management to discuss conversion improvement strategiesfeedback & results
  • Manage dailyperformance reports and share insights with the team to achievetargets
  • Lead a highperforming team to createand implement strategic marketing initiatives across variousmarketing functions including performance marketing brandingorganic growth events social media marketing product marketing andpartnerships
  • Work endtoend across the paidmarketing funnel: Creative Targeting Budget Allocation SpendOptimization Data/Tracking
  • Create and implementthe marketing plan in line with overall business objectives whilestriking a balance between longerterm strategic brandbuildingactivities midterm lead generation and nurturing as well as quickwins to achieve targets
  • Report on marketingKPIs like leads conversion rates website traffic ROAS social mediaengagement etc.
  • Identify marketing performanceissues and identify the root cause analysis with the help ofanalytics tools such as GoogleAnalytics
  • Deliver quantifiable improvements inreturn on investment (ROI) and cost per conversion (CPA) across allchannels
  • Build winwin relationships with newand existing clients
  • Manage the marketingbudget to drive sustainable bottomlinegrowth
  • Constantly optimize marketing activitiesto improve ROI Allocate budgets and analyze and recommendmodifications to adspends

Requirements:
  • Aminimum of 10 years of experience in performance marketingpreferably in the Digital Marketingarena
  • Excellent communication and collaborationskills with the ability to work crossfunctionally with multipleteams
  • Growth mindset someone who is not afraidto think big and take on calculated risks to meet goalseffectively
  • Digital Expertise conversant withall forms of digital formats andmeasurement
  • Sound experience in managingmultiple projects
  • Proficiency with all adplatforms (Search Social andProgrammatic)
  • Proven track record of creatingand managing successful performancebased campaigns across variouschannels.
  • Strong analytical skills andexperience with data analysis tools such as GoogleAnalytics.
  • Must be uptodate with the latesttrends and technologies in digitalmarketing
  • Ability to prioritize strategicallyand analyze large sets ofdata
