Your work profile

As a Manager in our SuccessFactors Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -

As a practitioner, within the Human Resource Transformation, the Individual will be responsible to implement the system in a global setup and will help configure, implement, and provide production/warranty support.

Desired qualifications

At least 7-10 years of work experience in a challenging and dynamic environment; Proven experience managing and supporting a cloud-based HRIS system, preferably SAP SuccessFactors RCM / ONB 2 / EC In-depth knowledge of HR processes and workflows. Strong understanding of data management principles. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working in a Global Capability Centre environment (GCC) in India is a plus. Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Location and way of working

Base location: Pan India This profile involves frequent / occasional travelling to client locations OR this profile does not involve extensive travel for work. Hybrid is our default way of working. Each domain has customised the hybrid approach to their unique needs.
