Key Responsibilities:
Lead theAI/ML vision and strategy identifying opportunities across variousdomains like
list relevant domains e.g. financehealthcare manufacturing. Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams (business engineering and product) totranslate business needs into actionable AI/ML usecases.
Design develop and deploy robust machine learningmodels algorithms and neural networks for realworld applications.Should also have experience good experience working with GenerativeAI.
Oversee the entire ML lifecycle including dataexploration preprocessing feature engineering model trainingevaluation and deployment.
Champion the adoption of bestpractices in data science model development and AIethics.
Stay at the forefront of the AI/ML landscape byresearching new technologies frameworks andadvancements.
Build and lead a highperforming AI/ML teamfostering a culture of collaboration mentorship and knowledgesharing. Communicate complex technicalconcepts effectively to both technical and non technicalaudiences. Qualifications:
Education in Computer ScienceData Science or a related field (or Masters degree with extensiveexperience).
Minimum of 5 years of experience leadingand delivering successful AI/ML projects across multipledomains.
Proven track record of building and deployingproductionready AI/ML solutions with demonstrable businessimpact.
Expertise in popular machine learning librariesand frameworks (TensorFlow PyTorch scikitlearn etc.).
Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency in datamanipulation and analysis.
Deep understanding of deeplearning architectures and techniques (convolutional recurrentneural networks).
Experience with cloud platforms (AWSGCP Azure) for scalable model deployment is a plus.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate inspireand guide a team of AI/ML specialists.
Exceptionalcommunication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectivelyacross different teams.
A passion for continuouslearning and staying current with the latest advancements inAI/ML.
