We are seeking a talented andmotivated AI/ML Research Engineer to join our team. Theideal candidatewill have a strong background in machine learning a passion forresearch and a driveto solvechallenging problems. As an AI/ML Research Engineer you will workclosely with ourresearch team todevelop and implement cuttingedge algorithms and models conductexperiments andcontribute to the advancement of our AI/ML technologystack.
ResponsibilitiesCollaboratewith the research team to define research objectives and developnovelAI/MLsolutions.Conduct literature reviews and stay uptodate with the latestadvancements in AI/MLresearch. Designand implement machine learning algorithms and models to addressspecific researchchallenges. Developsoftware prototypes and proofofconcept implementations to validateresearch ideas.Analyze experimental results and iterate on models to improveperformance androbustness. Workclosely with engineers to integrate research prototypes intoproductionsystems..Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment ofresearch goals with businessobjectives. Stayabreast of emerging technologies and trends in AI/ML and relatedfields.
QualificationsPhDin Computer Science Electrical Engineering Mathematics Statisticsor related fieldwith a focus on machinelearning artificial intelligence or a relateddiscipline. 12 years of experience in AI/MLresearch and development including handsonexperiencewith algorithm designimplementation and experimentation. Strongprogramming skills in languages such as Python TensorFlow PyTorchor similar. Solid understanding of machinelearning fundamentals including supervisedandunsupervised learning deep learningreinforcement learning and probabilisticmodeling. Experience with data preprocessingfeature engineering and model evaluationtechniques. Proficiency in mathematics andstatistics with a strong foundation in linear algebracalculusprobability theory andoptimization. Excellent problemsolvingskills and ability to think critically andcreatively. Strong communication andcollaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in ateamenvironment.Demonstrated track record of research excellence includingpublications in toptierconferences orjournals (preferred but not required).Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and adapt tochanging prioritiesandrequirements.
