PositionOverview: We are seeking atalented and experienced Machine Learning Engineer with 14 years ofoverall experience particularly in the field of Large LanguageModels (LLM). The ideal candidate will be responsible fordeveloping implementing and optimizing machine learning models todrive impactful solutions for our Finance and Healthcarechallenges.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Research design andimplement stateoftheart machine learning algorithms with a focus onLarge Language Models (LLM) to solve complex problems in Financeand Healthcare.
  • Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams including data scientists software engineersand domain experts to gather requirements prototype solutions andintegrate machine learning models into productionsystems.
  • Experience using LLM models like Llama2 Mixtral Gemini Vicuna or similar models for solving LanguageImage and audiobased problems.
  • Utilize advancednatural language processing (NLP) techniques to extract insightsclassify data and generate meaningful predictions from unstructuredtext data.
  • Develop scalable and efficientmachine learning pipelines for data preprocessing featureengineering model training and evaluation using tools such asTensorFlow PyTorch or similarframeworks.
  • Optimize model performancescalability efficiency efficacy accuracyand reliability through experimentation hyperparameter tuning anddeployment of best practices in machine learningengineering.
  • Stay updated of the latestadvancements in machine learning particularly in the field of LargeLanguage Models (LLM) and evaluate their potential impact on ourprojects and products.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors or Mastersdegree in Computer Science Engineering Mathematics Statistics orrelated field.
  • 14 years of professionalexperience in machine learning engineering with a strong focus onLarge Language Models (LLM).
  • Experience workingwith cloudbased machine learning platforms (e.g. AWS Google CloudPlatform Azure).
  • Proficiency in programminglanguages like Python R or Java. and experience with machinelearning libraries and frameworks (e.g. TensorFlowPyTorch).
  • Solid understanding of naturallanguage processing (NLP) techniques including word embeddingssequence modeling and attentionmechanisms.
  • Experience with training anddeploying deep learning models in production environments with astrong emphasis on scalability performance andreliability.
  • Familiarity withdistributed computing frameworks (e.g. Apache Spark) and big datatechnologies.
  • Previousexperience in Finance Healthcare or relateddomains.
  • Strong problemsolvingskills and ability to thrive in a fastpaced collaborativeenvironment.
  • Excellentcommunication skills with the ability to effectively articulatetechnical concepts to both technical and nontechnicalstakeholders.
