Job Summary:As aSenior Machine Learning Operations (MLOps) Engineer you will beinstrumental in deploying robust scalable machine learningsolutions. You will ensure these are tailored to meet the expansiveneeds of a client in healthcare services. This role demands a highlevel of proficiency in machine learning technologies andprogramming coupled with rigorous vetting processes to maintain thehighest standards of data integrity andsecurity.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Rapidly developand deploy productionready ML models with a focus on scalabilityand monitoring across a broad range of applications withinhealthcare.
  • Write efficient maintainable andscalable Python code tailored to our specific businessneeds.
  • Build highperformance multitenantdeployment architectures and sophisticated model monitoringsystems.
  • Directly engage with internalstakeholders to incorporate feedback and refine our MLdrivenproducts through quick iteration cycles.
  • Uphold stringent security protocols and processes in the deploymentand maintenance of machine learning models.
  • Drive the continuous advancement of MLOps practices within thehealthcare industry by developing innovative solutions andadvocating for bestpractices.
  • Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with transformerbased models and NLPpreferably in a healthcare context.
  • Strongtrack record of finetuning running largescale training jobs andmanaging model servers like vLLM TGI orTorchServe.
  • Proficiency in data science toolssuch as Pandas Notebooks Numpy Scipy.
  • Experience with both relational and nonrelationaldatabases.
  • Extensive experience withTensorFlow or PyTorch and familiarity withHuggingFace.
  • Knowledge of model analysis andexperimentation frameworks such as MLFlowW&B
  • and tfma ispreferred.
  • Comfortable with a Linuxenvironment and stringent data securitypractices.
  • Must pass a rigorous vettingprocess including extensive background checksto
  • ensure the highest standards of datasecurity andintegrity.
