Key Accounts Manager

- Key responsibilities - Including but not limited to
o Follow up on renewals
o Encourage upsells and cross-sells
o Build relationships between customers and the support team
- Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients.
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams (Keeping the client posted)
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
- Networking and handling Senior Executives in Corporates (CxOs, Directors Etc.)
Requirements
- 0 to 2 years of experience.
- Customer-First Mindset.
- Relationship Management and Managing Expectations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Research and presentation skills.
