Job Overview


We are hiring an Enterprise Sales Associate to join our team at Expertia AI. As an Enterprise Sales Associate, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving sales of our innovative HR Tech solutions. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, with a strong focus on SaaS sales. Join us and be a part of building the future of Recruitment


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in SaaS sales
  • Proven track record of exceeding targets and driving sales growth
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to succeed
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate and present complex concepts
  • Experience in cross-selling and upselling
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in the enterprise segment
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients
  • Present and demonstrate our HR Tech solutions to potential customers
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Meet and exceed sales targets on a regular basis
  • Negotiate and close deals with potential customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our sales processes and tools
