Job Title : Java BackendDeveloper

JobOverview:

We are seeking a highlyskilled and experienced Java Backend Developer. The ideal candidatewill have a strong background in Java development with expertise inbuilding scalable and highperformance backend systems. As a JavaBackend Developer you will be responsible for designing developingand maintaining serverside applications APIs and databases tosupport our softwaresolutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Designingdeveloping and maintaining backend services and applications usingJava technologies.
  • Collaborating withcrossfunctional teams to understand project requirements andtranslate them into technicalspecifications.
  • Writing clean efficient andmaintainable code that meets design and architecturalstandards.
  • Implementing and integratingthirdparty APIs and services asneeded.
  • Optimizing performance and scalabilityof backend systems through code optimization caching mechanisms anddatabase tuning.
  • Conducting code reviewsdebugging and troubleshooting productionissues.
  • Documenting technical designs processesandprocedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelorsdegree in computer science Engineering or relatedfield.
  • Proven experience as a Java BackendDeveloper or similar role with a minimum of 4.5 years of handsonexperience in Java development.
  • Proficiency inJava programming language and related frameworks (e.g. SpringSpring Boot) and C .
  • Strong understanding ofobjectoriented design principles data structures andalgorithms.
  • Experience with relationaldatabases (e.g. MySQL PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g.MongoDB).
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIsmicroservices architecture and cloud platforms (e.g. AWSAzure).
  • Knowledge of version control systems(e.g. Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellentproblemsolving skills and attention todetail.
  • Strong communication and collaborationskills.

PreferredQualifications:

  • Mastersdegree in computer science or relatedfield.
  • Experience with containerizationtechnologies (e.g. DockerKubernetes).
  • Knowledge of message brokersystems (e.g. RabbitMQ Kafka).
  • Familiarity withagile development methodologies (e.g. ScrumKanban).
