Overview: As a JavaBackend Engineer you will play a crucial role in the designdevelopment and maintenance of backend systems that drive ourorganizations applications.   • Design develop andmaintain Javabased backend applications
  • Writewelldesigned efficient and testablecode
  • Integrate userfacing elements developed byfrontend developers
  • Create and maintaindatabase schemas and optimizequeries
  • Collaborate with frontend developers tointegrate userfacing elements with serversidelogic
  • Implement data security and protectionmeasures
  • Implement highperformance and scalableapplications
  • Validate user input beforesubmitting to the backend
  • Implement serversidelogic using Java frameworks
  • Optimizeapplications for maximum speed andscalability
  • Implement data storagesolutions
  • Conduct code reviews and performanceoptimizations
  • Troubleshoot and debugissues
  • Participate in the entire applicationlifecycle focusing on coding and debugging
  • Workclosely with the product and design teams to understand enduserrequirements
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree inComputer Science or a related field
  • Proven workexperience as a Java Backend Developer or similarrole
  • Handson experience in designing anddeveloping applications using Java
  • Strongknowledge of Java web frameworks (e.g. SpringHibernate)
  • Experience with databases (e.g.MySQL PostgreSQL Oracle)
  • Understanding of ORMtechnologies
  • Proficiency in building RESTfulAPIs
  • Experience with version control systems(e.g. Git SVN)
  • Knowledge of agile developmentmethodologies
  • Excellent problemsolving andtroubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work in afastpaced environment and meet deadlines
  • Goodcommunication and teamwork skills
  • Understandingof code versioning tools
  • Familiarity withcontinuous integration
  • Knowledge of cloudplatforms and services (e.g. AWS Azure) is aplus
